Terrible, was fed the whole quality vehicles bs, no warrantee. Which is understandable, but said they stand by their "engine and transmissions". 6 months later I have to install a brand new transmission after getting no assistance from them. Not even a recommendation for a mechanic.
These guys are awesome. The owner is a very genuine guy. He came up to me and personally thanked me for doing business with him. I am sure he is a busy guy as his phone kept ringing and ringing, but he took time to get to know me, and we even joked around and laughed. Greatest customer experience I've had in awhile and I would recommend anybody come here!
We just had a wonderful experience with Orie of American Auto Sales. We were looking for an F250 diesel to haul our camper and one of the first trucks we looked at was on his lot. We test drove the truck and pointed out a couple of issues with it which Orie assured us would be repaired - at his cost - if we decided to buy. After negotiating a very fair price for the truck, we explained that we felt we should look at some other vehicles we had found online before committing. Orie had no problem with this, and although we looked at several other lots, we returned to purchase from Orie because we found no one else as willing to negotiate with us on pricing or willing to make repairs on any issues. Once we committed to buy, we mentioned some cosmetic things that we would want to replace on the vehicle, and Orie quickly agreed to purchase them for us at his cost. Then he totally detailed the truck (on a used lot?!? usually unheard of or they offer just a wash!) AND filled the tank, in addition to telling us to call him directly if we had any issues. Highly recommend that you check with Orie if you have need for a good used vehicle and want great customer service with the deal!
