Terrible cutomer service! I own a home have boa checking and savings as well as home loan. This bank is blank on customer service. Terrible ! going to get new acount with someone else. would not recomend!

The fact that there is literally one location in the entire city is bullshit. All the rest are ATMs. I'm closing all of my accounts. Seriously annoying.
